Made not only to cook pieces of or whole fish, it is also the perfect tool for cooking crispy baking or vegetables in. simply put the food into the expandable stainless steel basket and use the basket lock to keep it in place. When locked the basket will easily flip over without the food falling out of it. Measuring 28cm x 46 cm this basket is suitable for the Q® 300, Spirit®, Genesis® and Summit® gas barbecues and 57cm or larger charcoal barbecues. What makes it even better is that the basket is dishwasher safe so you do not have to worry about the cleaning of it.
