Weber® Beech Wood Chips are ideal for using with the Weber® Smokey Mountain™ or on both charcoal and gas barbecues to give a mild and aromatic smoky flavour to your food.

For the perfect flavour soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using and simply sprinkle onto to the hot coals of a charcoal barbecue or place into a Weber® Smoker Box if using a gas barbecue.

A versatile flavour, Weber® Beech Wood Chips can be used with cheese, fish, chicken, pork, lamb and venison.
